Meet Erika Cano
Founder & Director
Erika, Director and Founder of CanoVox, is a psychologist of Colombian nationality, married and a mother of two, passionate about psychology and its many areas of application. She brings 15+ years of experience in organizational consulting and talent management across the United States, Colombia, and other Latin American countries.
In the United States, Erika holds active credentials in Psychology and a Certified Case Manager license from the state of Florida (Florida Board of Mental Health). She is currently completing the process to obtain her mental health license in Florida. Her professional experience in the country includes consulting for various companies in New York and Florida, as well as her work as a contractor for the Multilingual Psychotherapy Center.
Her academic background has been formally evaluated and accredited in the United States and includes a Master's in Psychology with an emphasis in Neuropsychology. In Colombia, she continues to practice as a licensed psychologist and also holds a postgraduate specialization in Human Talent Management from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana in Medellín.
Throughout her professional career, Erika has led Human Talent and Psychology processes at recognized organizations such as Banco de Occidente, Industrias HACEB, and Profamilia, in addition to providing independent consulting to clients across diverse economic sectors.
Erika combines academic rigor with a practical understanding of the organizational environment, gained from direct experience inside companies. Every candidate presented by CanoVox is personally assessed by her, ensuring a close, professional process aligned with each organization's needs.
