Meet Erika Cano

Erika brings 15+ years of consulting experience across the United States, Colombia, and Latin America.

In the United States, Erika holds active credentials as a Florida Certified Case Manager (Florida Board of Mental Health). She is currently completing her Florida Mental Health licensure exam. Her U.S. consulting practice has served LB Dental (Port Chester, NY) and Multilingual Psychotherapy (Florida), where she continues working as a Certified Case Manager contractor.

Her academic foundation has been formally evaluated and accredited in the United States, including a Master's in Psychology with specialization in Neuropsychology of Learning.

Erika's 15+ years of institutional experience were built in Colombia, where she remains a licensed psychologist (Reg. Prof. 150321) with a postgraduate specialization in Human Talent Management from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana, Medellín.

Her trajectory in Colombia includes leading talent functions at Banco de Occidente, Industrias HACEB, and Profamilia as regional Human Talent Coordinator. Her independent consulting work has served clients including UPB and Himed.
